Setting Up Charge Category Discounts

The Discounts feature allows you to create, change, or delete pre-tax and charge category discounts in a profile.

To set up charge category discount in a profile

 

1. Select the Configuration Dashboard, and then select the Profiles option from the Configuration panel.
2. Select the profile, and then select Edit from the mini-toolbar.
3. Click on the Discounts link located under Rates in the left panel.
4. Enter the percentage discount in the Rate % field for one or more Category types.
5. Enter any Pre Tax Discount in the appropriate fields.
6. Select Save or Save and Close from the toolbar.
